All fossils we sell are authentic.

We sell to all countries. The goods are sent by the registered, insured air mail the day after the payment is received, which can be made using:

Fulfilling the information obligation specified in art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: GDPR announces:

Personal data subject to processing are name and surname, address details and e-mail address. The processing of personal data is voluntary and takes place in order to perform the contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6, par 1 (b), GDPR); and on the grounds that processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, i.e. for the purposes of direct marketing of own services (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Personal data is processed for a period of 10 years.

The person whose data is processed has the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. To do this, it is required to send an e-mail to info@amberabg.com.
The person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The person whose data is processed may request that the data controller transfer its data to another controller indicated by this person and also the right to to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Personal data may also be made available by the Controller to relevant state authorities, at their request, on the basis of legal provisions.

In connection with the fulfillment of orders, personal data is transferred to the postal operator. The data is also passed to the authorized proxy acting on behalf of the entrepreneur, Andrzej Gorski, and to the external accounting entity for the purpose of issuing accounting documents.

The Controller provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing. These measures, in particular, prevent access to third parties and processing in violation of the law, loss of data, damage to data or their destruction.
